By using vatrina.app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. When the Vatrina app and marketplace launch, these terms — along with our Privacy Policy and Refunds & Returns Policy — will apply to your use of them too.
About Vatrina
Vatrina is a marketplace that brings Egypt's local fashion brands together so you can discover them, fill one bag, and check out once. The website is currently an information and waitlist site ahead of launch. We're aiming to launch on 1 July 2026, but that date can move, and nothing here is a promise that any feature or date is guaranteed.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist simply means we may email you about the launch and related updates. It doesn't create any other obligation on either side, and you can unsubscribe whenever you like.
Using the site fairly
- Give us accurate information when you sign up.
- Don't try to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Don't use the site for anything unlawful or harmful.
Brand applications
If you apply to sell on Vatrina, applying doesn't guarantee acceptance. We review every brand and keep the bar high — every listing must be genuinely in stock. If we move forward, a separate vendor agreement will set out the commercial terms, including fees and payouts.
Orders & purchases (once shopping is live)
- Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and items are confirmed in stock before they go live.
- You'll be able to pay by cash on delivery, InstaPay, or card.
- Vatrina brings brands and shoppers together and helps coordinate checkout and delivery. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Intellectual property
The Vatrina name, logo, design and content are owned by Vatrina or used with permission. Brand names and images belong to their respective owners. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
Other services we rely on
Vatrina works alongside services like Shopify and our payment and delivery partners. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms.
As-is, and our responsibility
While we're pre-launch, the site is provided "as is" and features may change or be unavailable from time to time. To the extent the law allows, Vatrina isn't liable for indirect or unexpected losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Egyptian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms as Vatrina develops. We'll change the date at the top whenever we do.
